Halfway between one thing and another, MIXED is a collection that plays with contrast—gold and silver, bold and subtle, then and now. It was inspired by turning fifty (a number I have mixed feelings about), and it leans into that in-between space.

I started this collection in the middle of winter—mostly indoors, feeling a bit stuck. Then I was lucky enough to spend a week in the desert. The shift from cold mornings to warm afternoons really stayed with me. It felt like the right place to begin: silver and gold, bold but easy, designed to mix in with whatever you’re already wearing.

Fifty is a weird mix—some confidence, some questioning. I know myself better than I ever have, and I’m still figuring things out. These pieces carry some of that mix, too—steady but flexible, with a little movement built in. Mixed with love, the gold and silver isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about contrast, blending, and how two things can shine brighter together.

THE MATERIAL

Nina Momena jewelry is made of water resistant silver or gold-plated stainless steel. Stainless steel is 100% recyclable and is one of the most hard-wearing and durable materials.

It does not tarnish like sterling silver and does not require polishing. The gold plating will last longer due to its stainless steel base. The color might fade a little over time but won’t scratch or rust.

And best of all, it’s perfect for sensitive skin.  My pieces are designed to be worn all-day without causing skin irritation.

10% OF SALES WILL BE DONATED

I am committing to give 10% of each piece sold to an orphanage in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo), where a woman named Esther Kitenga selflessly runs an orphanage almost single-handedly, without any government funding.

Thanks to Madame Esther’s tireless work and perseverance, 67 children, from babies to teens, are currently being cared for at this facility. 100% of these donations are used to support the most basic human needs: clothing, housing, hygiene products, education, medical treatment, transportation, water, and electricity.
